Please apply online on the Hampshire County Council website. If you are unable to apply online you may download and print the following application form:

We will aim to respond to you with the outcome of your application in writing within 10 school days, but you will be notified in writing within 15 school days.
You will also have the right of appeal to an independent panel against the decision to refuse your child a place. Appeals should be submitted on the Hampshire Council page: Making an admissions appeal | Education and learning | Hampshire County Council
